Lab

LAB

Admin BO
Lab is a multi-products admin back-office tool that allows users to store and track company operation data, overview customer details and transactions, account roles and access levels, and complex data analytics for multiple products of the Yolo group.

Product design case study

My responsibilities on the project were:

  • Interview users and stakeholders to collect detailed input and translate it into features;
  • Produce high-quality UX deliverables such as detailed wireframes, user flows and prototypes, shaping these from scratch as well as improving those already in the works;
  • Collaborate with visual designers and developers to execute solutions properly;
  • Create lean documentation of features and functionality for development teams so nothing is lost in translation.
  • Manage and keep the Moon Design System integrity up to date.

Information Architecture

Kick start

  • Analyse two (current at that time) outdated BO tools, their functionality and features ("Admin" and "Backoffice")
  • Interview different user types (roles) and stakeholders to collect detailed input and translate it into features;
  • Discuss key (MVP) functionality with back-end devs;
  • Consolidate features from both old tools
  • Create a product map (Information Architecture)
  • Present MVP POC in Figma prototypes to stakeholders;
